The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made

the overall experience so pleasurable. The modern decor of the hotel was a highlight, and I appreciated the variety at breakfast, particularly the vegan options. However, the parking was limited and could be a challenge during busy times.

I faced significant delays during check-in, which was very frustrating. The receptionist would not allow me to leave my luggage before check-in, despite my need to change for an appointment. When I finally did check in, it was too late for me to make my scheduled meeting, which was disappointing and inconvenient.

Oh, the culinary delight at ZEN Restaurant & Bar was a revelation! The dumplings melted in my mouth, and I was utterly enchanted by the decor of the hotel, which added to the vibrant ambiance. Plus, the breakfast spread had just the right amount of variety to kickstart my day!

However, the little water heater in the room was on the fritz, so no tea or coffee for me.

The hotel is located a short walk from various attractions, including the Beethovenhaus. The air conditioning worked effectively, keeping the room comfortably cool even in hot weather. Parking was available underground, which was a significant convenience in an area where finding affordable parking can be difficult.

Had a wonderful 7-night stay! The breakfast was honestly fantastic with excellent vegan options, and the cleanliness of everything, including our King Room, was impressive, though the dining area felt a bit cramped.

The room stayed comfortably cool even in 30°C heat, and the hotel’s underground parking was a lifesaver in a city where street parking is challenging. However, the pet fee was a bit steep at 15€ per night, and a more varied selection of bathroom amenities would have improved the experience. Check-in was also a bit delayed, which was inconvenient.
